Dispatch

Orders paid on a business day ship that same business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.

United States

Shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days.

International orders

International shipping is US$50 per order. Delivery timing is confirmed according to your destination. If actual shipping costs are higher, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm and collect the difference.

Quality issues

Returns and exchanges are accepted for quality issues only. Contact support@nariveljewelry.com within 3 business days of delivery. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
